The use of chat interfaces and ‘bots is being seriously experimented with in organisations across sales, customer service and self-service. This is no surprise as messaging supersedes social and voice-user interfaces such as Alexa and Siri grow.
By 2020, Gartner estimate that 85%+ of customer interactions will be handled by a ‘bot.
It’s time for L&D to find out how to leverage this approach to provide a more natural learning experience.
But there are questions left to answer:
How can we use ‘bots and chat interfaces to provide smarter, more personal learning? How do these interfaces change user experience? How do you give them to learners and use them to add value right now?
Join us on the 13th September at our new head office in central London, where Brightwave’s learning leadership team will facilitate a breakfast workshop to gauge appetites, insights and approaches for experimenting with these tools in the new business cycle.
Link up with peers and experts and share the latest thinking on ‘bots and chat interfaces to explore:
- How they complement and inform blended learning programs
- The ‘quick win’ priority use cases
- How to think differently about ‘bot development.
