Learning is not done to you, it is something you choose to do
– Seth Godin
Do you feel like you are fighting for the time and attention of your learners daily?
Have you ever finished the best project of your life with great content and an important message only to see it sit unloved on an LMS for months before a trickle of learners engage or the project is quietly binned?
Join us for a breakfast session in our learning Studio in central London, where we’ll explore how learning programmes might benefit from campaign thinking – and how, in turn, communications campaigns can leverage learning. We’ll look at the increasingly blurry lines between where engagement meets enablement, and the benefits of joining up the journey.
This session is being run by Senior Consultant, Olivia Lory Kay and Head of Visual Design, Lara Gobbi.
Olivia comes to Brightwave having worked as a Creative Director in a communications agency and a strategist in an emerging technologies company. Lara joins from a background spanning UI, employee engagement and leading Creative within marketing technology companies.
Over the last 6 months they have created a data brand for a professional services company from scratch and delivered a public-facing campaign for HMRC to upskill customs staff.
At our new Learning Studio Session we’ll look at the increasingly blurry lines between where engagement meets enablement, and the benefits of joining up the journey.
So join a team of experts from Brightwave and the L&D community to eat breakfast, exchange ideas, workshop strategies and learn about:
- How to develop lessons and insights from comms, marketing and PR to embed learning across the organisation
- Developing a learning brand to engage learners across multiple simultaneous initiatives
- Moving from single-intervention learning to a streamed campaign model of sustained behaviour change programs
