Our continuing vision of the platform’s evolution –
tessello’s second progress snapshot of 2019 shows the improvements we have made since the start of the year bearing fruit. And points the way towards some exciting developments on the near horizon.
The recently completed integration and rollout of our enhanced analytics suite tops the list of new features. All tessello users are now benefiting from our new analytics tools, and in the coming quarter we will be actively seeking user feedback on dashboards, configuration and the kind of standard reports you want to see. As a community facilitation tool, making face-to-face learning easier is an important part of the tessello mission, and we are pleased to have added the keenly anticipated waitlists on events. This means learners can register on a waitlist for popular or oversubscribed live training sessions and receive automatic notifications when spaces become free.
We experienced a couple of disappointing performance issues in Q1 following some of our more ambitious releases. Thanks to user feedback we were able to speedily identify them, make appropriate fixes, and target strategic investment towards a more stable environment going forward. This is reflected in this quarter’s new roadmap, and we value your further comments on this continuing process.
